Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables provided as part of our services for their internal business purposes.Clients may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Brightli's intellectual property without prior written consent.

12. Termination

Clients may also terminate their engagement with Brightli by providing written notice as outlined in their service agreement.Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and any licenses granted under these Terms will be revoked.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
